• We guarantee these results within 6 months of the date of submission. Most engines will index your site in about two months, but it takes time to gain the Page Rank needed to compete on highly competitive phrases.
  
  
• We must have the ability to optimize the layout and keyword density of your web pages. Changes are minimal, and rarely significant. We will work with you every step of the way to preserve your original content.
  
  
• In order to provide the best possible online marketing services, we need to work together as a team. You agree that you will notify Online-SEO-Company.com if you make any changes to your pages, particularly the home page. As the entrance to your site, optimization of this page is critical. You agree to inform us by email of any substantial edits or changes to your site within 3 days. This guarantee is void if our work is altered without our knowledge. Search engine optimization fees to repair altered pages are billed at $150 per hour. If the repair takes 10 minutes or less, it's Free.
  
  
• You understand that our web promotion services do not include paid submission fees some engines charge for inclusion. Online-SEO-Company.com is not affiliated with these submission services in any way.
  
  
• Our work cannot be altered or removed during the guarantee period. If our work is not visible to search engine spiders for 3 days or more, because our optimization is removed, overwritten, or deleted, the guarantee is void. If our work is altered or removed for any reason, contact us within 3 days. Online-SEO-Company.com will repair it for a fee of $150 or less, and your guarantee will continue.
  
  
• Any web site downtime of 3 days or more voids guarantee, because search engines will remove your listing if they can't find your page!
  
  
• In the event of a refund, you are welcome to keep the optimization we perform on your home page at no charge, but you agree that all the other seo pages (that we solely created) must be completely deleted from your website in order to receive a full refund. Refunds are rare, so it's highly unlikely this will even happen, but if it does, you agree that it is not fair to receive a full refund when you are still receiving traffic from all our hard work.
  
  
• In order to keep your website ranking in top positions Online-SEO-Company.com must have Full FTP Access to the web site server during the guarantee period. This will enable us to update your site if necessary when search engines change their algorithms.
  
  
• This guarantee is only for the ranking positions of your chosen keyword phrases in the major search engines listed above. We are not guaranteeing traffic to your site, or profitability. That depends on the demand for your product or service, and many other factors that are completely beyond our control. Our guarantee is based upon our most diligent efforts to deliver these results, by the total ranking positions overall amongst the search engines.
  
  
• You understand and agree that Online-SEO-Company.com offer two separate web promotion services:1) SEO Optimization, (the actual creation of optimized pages for the purpose of Top 10 Website Ranking, and 2) Website Marketing Consultation, (consultation time for web marketing strategy, help with website design issues, link development, etc). SEO Optimization is extremely time intensive, so it's important you understand these are two distinct services. After your SEO Optimization is completed and submitted, any additional time will be billed at $150 per hour. This includes email and phone consultation time.
  
  
• The web is dynamic and unpredictable, so our services are provided on a best-efforts basis. In no event will Online-SEO-Company.com be liable to you or others for any damages for any cause arising from provided services, including any lost profits, lost savings, or other incidental or consequential damages, even if Online-SEO-Company.com has been advised of the possibility of such damages, or for any claim by another party.
  
  

• No credit facilities are offered, all payments for services rendered are payable semi-annually in advance. Once services have been initiated, any refunds will be conducted on a pro-rata basis, minus expenses incurred to date.
  
  

• Refund requests should be made in writing to the general manager, and submitted via e-mail at your earliest possible convenience to ensure rapid processing of the refund request.
